I have been a chase credit card holder for a number of years. I currently have a Buy.com and Ebay visa from Chase. I recently overlooked a payment by two days. I immediately made an online payment and called Chase. I was charged a $39.00 late fee. They were rude and not willing to even forgive a part of this ridiculous fee. My credit is perfect, and I've never been late on these accounts. Also, they have always charged me a 16% interest rate which is WAY out of line for one with good credit. No more Chase for me. I have cancelled my accounts and will do some advertising for them.
