Recently, I have done business with GlobeLend Mortgage (globelend.com). All was going very well, until literally the last moment. They neglected to send all the documents to the mortgage bank and therefore the mortgage bank did not have the time to underwrite the loan, hence my closing could not happen. This caused me penalties. There claim was that they had many customers to close that day and "thought" they sent the documents to mortgage bank, but they didnt. Unfortunately, this was found out at last moment. They did not even try to resolve the issue and required me calling them 100 times. Most of my calls were ignored. The end result of the story is that the owner of the company; Alex, started screaming at me and said we will just rip up your documents and go to someone else. |
