Bad Trip incentive company

I originally contacted Sunrise Premiums to plan a group client incentive trip for about 13-15 clients. They told me that I would have no problem planning a group trip. Then I was told that the fee for taking the trips would be $150 per person/per trip. My clients recieved billing from $400-$800 per person. Out of the 25 trips that were purchased NONE were able to be used. I was told that if I was unhappy with the product that they would issue a refund. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I have lost clients due to the fraudulent promises that Sunrise made. The purpose of the trips was to obtain new clients because of the trip incentive, now I have lost them.
