Anyone who is thinking about buying a piece of costume jewlery from carat.cc to save a little money should think twice.
After spending over $400 on carat* merchandise they were unwilling to change the shipping address to have the package delivered to my place of work ... unless I would pay the fee that the the shipping company charges to carat*. Carat* was trying to get me to pay their fee after I had already paid $40 to have it shipped. Picking up the package from the shippers depot was not an option since they are closed once I get off of work. and they could not guarantee delivery after my working hours. Carat* was not cooperative.
And trying to contact Carat* is impossible if you live in North America. They're head office is located in Hing Kong wich makes the time difference almost 20 hours. Also they do not have a customer service department or contact for you should you need assistance. I should also mention that the jewlery looks cheap, and shows poor chraftsmanship.
I will only purchasse online costume jewlery form Diamond Nexus Labs which is located in the US and have an excellent customer service policy and quality guarantee.
