I had chase credit card about two years and I had been a good customer. But last December I got my bill with finance charge and late fee. I called their customer service, and ask why they charge me those fee ?because since they send the bill till they receive the payment there was a finance charge.
I explained it to them It never happenned to me with Amex, Citi and other credit card if you paid full and you still got a finance charge.
But they never listen. One thing also I want to share is their customer service is really rude and unpollite. Usually Amex and Citi which are my favorite credit card they can waive late fee even finance charge if you are late 1 or 2 days but CHASE is never.
I just realized those bill on Feb so I was late in 60 days and finally I paid a balance in full. Because of the late payment mt credit score is affected. I called them but chase does not even want to consider to remove it.
So I promise to myself to never have chase anymore. They do not have customer service at all. |
