In the splitting of my family business, Advanta, a common credit card company continues to harrass me and our secretary on a daily basis trying to find a relative of ours. After asking them to stop charging our companies checking account for the payments, which they got from the relative that used to be affiliated with the business, they still couldn't give us any information to enter our database for accounting purposes, saying that the only thing we can do is change our checking account, or report it fraud. After changing our checking account, they call our company on a daily basis, even going as far as criticizing me about how I told him my relative doesn't live here, or work here, at the place of business. He was extremely unprofessional, and unethical. I wish something could be done about their rudeness. |
