On March 13,2007 My Home was put in the paper for public auction due to forclosure. we were doing everything to keep it from going that far. Ms.Lamika Walker was the Litton rep. That we had to speak with. At one time she had told me that she moved some funds around that took us out of foreclosure. That was on March 5, 2007. Two days later I called Litton to check to make sure everything was ok. Here to find out It was not, and Ms. Lamika Walker told me her hands were tied and hung up on me. I tried to speak with her supervisor, but only got back in touch with her, which then all I got was attitude because she did somthing that was not allowed, but still did not rectify the problem. So then I got in touch with Mr. Benny Hibler (Executive Resolution Department). Finally was told what I had to do to bring my home out of foreclosure. I Did everything by March14, 2007. I Talked to Lamika on thurs. March 15,2007 she told me she received everything that morning and asured me that everything would be ok. Well Lamika dropped the ball again. My home is Listed again for foreclosure in todays paper March 20, 2007. This is a public Defamation of Character I feel and I am tired of paying for someone elses mistakes. |

Be very careful and make sure you get everything from a Litton executive in writing stating that you loan is out of foreclosure and will not be auctioned.
Once your home is in the paper to be auctioned off this is very serious. Most of the time Litton and it's aggressive attorney's do not stop these auctions, and in many cases the courts, as well. I would strongly adivse you seek legal help or file a complaint immediately.
