Aruba Pools is horrible. Several months ago my wife and I decided to get a swimming pool. We had several builders come out. One of them, Aruba-Pools seemed to have a good deal. The owner, Steve Johnson had a good game. Until he got his deposit. He was unreliable in everyway. It took him several weeks to start the job after his promise "drop dead date". Phone calls went un returned and when he did call back only more no show dates.
But he had our money. So we hung in there. Finally he showed up to start digging. After several days of shotty work and total destruction to our back yard he dissappeared again. Numerous times him and his crew finished the day by polishing off a twelve pack of beer in our back yard.
In short, we are 6 months into this nightmare. He has not finished yet, not been back to fix our fence (oh yeah that will cost me a grand to repair). He is unreilable and very unprofessional. I would not hire him to build a kiddie pool.
Thank goodness for the folks at paradise pools. They have been a god send.
Our advice is to shop around! Aruba-Pools will not take you to Aruba. |
