Do not book with Fun-Hawaii if you are not native English speaker, they may spoil your trip by saying that you can not understand them so them can not make a reservation for you, if you call them and said you need more information about payment and how to find their bus. This was exactly what happened to me, and when I wrote them back said them lost one customer and will lost potential ones, then they said they would rather to loss a nasty customer other that let him cause more toubles during the trip. Am I a trouble maker? I would not even make a report here if they did not refer me as a nasty customer, I just asked for more information!
beside that, my trip in Honolulu was just about perfect!! |
