Croman and Associates - Rockaway Beach, OR.
Do a search for "Croman" and look what Tim posted about one of his tenants. The tenants post went unnoticed until Tim went and wrote that against him. Based on Tim's response and the past experiences we had when we rented from him we will never do business with him again.
We just bought a house a few weeks ago in Tillamook and because of our past experiences and the way Tim responded to one of his tenants we would not even look at houses that Croman & Associates had listed. Sorry to anyone who has listing through him but we would not deal with him in any manner. If you have a listing with him I highly suggest you change to another real estate agent. I had a post on Craigslist but someone from Cromans keeps flagging them when I put them up, but I did get several emails of people who support what I said and stated they too will not buy or rent from him. |
