Almost a month ago, July 27th, 2008, I placed an order with DoctorMemory.com for a States&Capitals CD. The cost with shipping and handling was $33...sort of pricey for one learning CD. However, I was excited about this product because it was one that I had used as a child to memorize my States and Capitals. For some reason, this product is no longer available in book form nor is it sold anywhere else (that I have found) other than this website. I bought it, received an order confirmation, and received the CD August 5th. When I put the CD in my Mac, it didn't work. I emailed the ONLY customer service email address that is given to find out how to make it work with a Mac or how to receive a refund. Didn't hear anything. I emailed again a week later, and didn't hear back UNTIL I got a Mail Delivery Failure saying that the customer service email was full. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe their one customer service agent was on vacation. However, a week later. after still not hearing anything, I emailed the webmaster to let them know that noone was responding to the customer service link...maybe another contact could be given. No response. I emailed again saying I just wanted help or a refund. Today, August 25th, I sent a final email saying I'd report them (regrettably) if no response was received. Another message failure came back. I'm disappointed and disenchanted with this company, and want everyone to know that if you need any help once you pay and receive their product, they'll treat you as if you don't exist. |
