My cell phone was stolen from my car. I immediately called the police and reported my phone stolen to Sprint. They did not disrupt service on the stolen phone, so the thief continued to make charges. I called Sprint back after receiving a horribly high bill. They promised to take off the fraudulant charges. They never did. When I called back again, after waiting over 30 minutes to speak with someone. They informed me that they would not remove the charges because I hadn't called in time. The supervisor was rude, although I had been a loyal customer for nearly ten years!! But, they don't care about that. I would like to warn everyone against using Sprint. They have horrendous business practices, they keep their customers on hold for over 30 minutes. ( I think this is done on purpose) And worse of all they lie. Unfortuantely, my terriblely confusing contract with them doesn't end until 2009. I'm just stuck. So, I'm sharing my story wherever I can. I am convinced this depraved company will eventually be exposed. |
