I ordered furniture two months ago from SHOWROOM LIQUIDATIONS and when it came in they brought it to my house broken, now I still have not received a replacement. They want return my calls and when I call them it is always in route, I have been waiting for over one month. They do not act professionally and do not check merchandise. I would not recommend doing business with them. I ordered over $6000 worth of furniture a month prior to needing it, the day it was delievered half was not here and pieces were broken, they did not even unpack and check my furniture before it was delivered. Now I am still waiting for replacements and had to pay $175 for delivery and i had to pick up some pieces myself. I was told the furniture was going to be delivered yesterday and I waited all day long, and when I called she said she never told me she was delivering it, now it is raining and I doubt I see it today. She even told me I could come pick the furniture up and should be glad that it was at the store and not still in route- like I should be grateful it had finally arrived even though I did not have my merchandise. It is insane what these people have done to me in stressing me out....NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! you will only stress out over the unprofessionalizism you will receive... |
