Drive.com ripoffs for poor & disabled

I took my neighbor to Drive.com in Conshohocken on Saturday and again yesterday and we were told she qualified for car she wanted (Ford Taurus) - waited 3hrs while they were supposedly just getting her insurance only to find out they decided she can't have car (using excuse she couldn't afford gas on 6 cylinder, only 4cylinder. They proceeded to show her same junk car as day or two before. Also gave excuse that car wasn't inspected by their garage yet. were first told car was hers, just had to be cleaned. Inspection sticker on car was 1/11 and nothing was wrong with car. They played their run-around games with us for 4 hrs having us think she was getting that car. At least 3 customers walked out while we were there. And, their roadside assistance and other free promises are only good for a few miles within their area - bad advertising, bad service - neighbor even had $1000 down and proof of payment availability from disability - owner is very rude.
