On 03/18/06 I had Dynamic Moving move my furniture from NJ to PA. When they arrived I informed their forman the truck was too small he insisted he was a professional and will make everything fit. When they arrived at my new home, I watched them unload the truck. When they were going to unload my washer they broke off the spin cycle knob on my washer, which without it the washer will not work. I called the company the same day and left a message. 3 days later I still hadn't received a response. I called back several times and received the run around. Finally they told me they were sending me 200 dollar check. I waited and never received anything. I continued to call and leave messages. I finally reported them to the BBB. I continued to call the company finally someone named Diana told me the owners felt since I contacted the BBB on them that was my payment enough. They feel giving their company a bad name was my payment for my washer.
