People do not realize that ebay seems to care about more of the power sellers than of the customers. The other complaints I hear and have experienced is overcharging on shipping. Some countries are allowed to get away with it. One seller gave the invoice same day she got the NPB fees for a hello kitty speaker bag. She refuses and has threatened the buyer but ebay doesnt give a care because the overcharging sellers got their fees in makeing money.
For instance sellers are proba getting some of the items free when they buy other items like the SD memory cards the reader usually comes with it as a bonus.
Sellers markin certain countries mark items as gifts to avoid fees on their customers for customs. Some items arrived damaged. The buyer gets shafted even after they pay because sellers got not only their FVF but the money too |
