A graduate of Pittsburgh Beauty Academy, I currently work for Goldwell and am privy to travel the U.S. and abroad. I stay in touch with many old friends as well as constantly making new ones. I have been invited to just about every Empire School in the Nation to demo Goldwell.
Informed on the practices of Empire Beauty School: via more than one inside source. I feel responsible to inform the public as to what is going on behind the scenes as well as prep future prospective employees of Empire.
Let me begin by saying the top of Empire does seek to accommodate their staff in a moral and respectable manner. It's the trickle down staff that has holes and its poisoning the system.
The Staff of Empire Schools are sent to designated training areas for weeks on end.
These training areas are normally a great distance away therefore Empire pays for hotel stays for all staff in training regardless if its one week or four weeks.
The average Hotel fee is approximately $100.00 per night. Thank you Empire: for paying for the ongoing training of your staff!
*The glitch is… the hotel coordinators of Empire are setting up between two to four individuals in one room for weeks on end. One hotel room, one full size bed!
-Please consider these are individuals that barely know or that have just met one another and against their will must share the same hotel bed or loose their position with Empire.
-It's an obnoxious situation!
Readers: please take time to imagine walking down the street and having to sleep in the same bed with the first individual you bump into. Yes take a moment and try to feel this emotionally negative situation.
-It's not professional
-It's appallingly gross.
Personally, I would not appreciate being forced to know any strange individual that intimately or else loose my job. What then is my option? I could pay my own way.
Yet how many of us have that kind of cash on hand? And why should one have to pay when Empire states that they pay the majority of expenses for staff education.
Now let's dig deeper…
If Empire pays: approximately $100.00 per night for individual rooms to accommodate each individual staff member?
Then where is the money saved by the humiliating press of strangers in bed together?
One individual room in the span of three weeks would cost a grand [approximate] total of $1,500.00.
Times three individuals- Empire would be paying $4,500.00 in three weeks.
Minus the fee of -one room to stuff three individuals in
-:$1,500.00 …
Someone or some persons are stealing $3,000.00 at the expense of fellow human beings treated like unemotional animals.
'Logically' the M.I.A. MONEY can be trailed to the individual or individuals that coordinate the hotel stay for the Empire staff.
We know Empire pays good money to further their staff education… in order to offer students a top of the line education…
So the money is there and then it isn't. Who specifically is robbing Empire of thousands of dollars?
We can only surmise at this time as to 'WHO' it is.
For the sake of the victims forced against their will to sleep with strangers or loose their jobs …we can only hope that this scandal will be exposed and that the perpetrator or traitors are caught with their hand in the money sack.
To validate this story: I recommend Empire privately mail a questioner to each employee in every Empire School in order to take an accurate head count as to just how many have been forced against their will to sleep with strangers and exactly how many strangers shared one bed or one room.
Heads should roll over this one!
