Dear Editor,
As a victim of criminal assault and battery by the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children, may I share with you, this top secret brain surgical experimentation upon children
who suffer epilepsy, without informed consent nor parental knowledge. I was
psychosurgically assaulted Dec. 9,1969, at 14 years of age. My mother , along with other
parents of epileptic children, was only informed of "scar tissue remvoval" as to "cure " the seizure disorder. After the operation, I was suffering status epilepticus, and there was no seizure improvement. Rather, increase and variation in seizures, status epilepticus, and on-going episodes of cerebral hemmorrahaging in the operative field.
One further discovers that a unauthorized psychosurgical left and right temporal lobectomy has ben carried out, without informed consent, nor parental knowledge.
As a result of the adverse effects of this psychosurgical assault, I was re-admitted Jan. 15,1972, after suffering head trauma due to fall seizure.
Jan. 27,1972, I was subjected to further right temporal lobectomy after my
mother was only informed of "scar tissue remival" Hoffman had me sign consnet while under the guise of signing consent for photography.
I was placed under a local, while screaming profanities during the cranium incision.
This torture is beyond words.
The Toronto Police tell me that they cannot do thier job without co-operation of the Ontario Attorney General's Office. Such as Newfoundland which treid to conceal sexxual child abuse by the church, the Ontario government is concealing unauthorized human experimentation upon defenceless children, and telling the police to ignore it.
Unfortunately we do not have lawyers who represent victims of institutional corruption.
Unauthorized human experimentation upon children is medical child abuse. Such abuse,
being sanctified by the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons, Ontario Health Professions Board, Toronto Police, OPP, RCMP, and the Ontario legislature.
As such, parents have no way of protecting thier children, when the Toronto
Hospital for Sick Children is permitted by Queens Park to exersize misrepresentation and
unauthorized human experimentation upon children.
Dr. Harold J. Hoffman is noted for having 15,741 children under his care between 1964-1998. It would be fair to suggest that anywhere between 10% to 1/3, have been exploited for unauthorized psychosurgical experimentation.
