I'm a disable minority employee who was refused protection by Carlton Hadden of the EEOC.
I was told by Carlton Hadden that I fail to meet the criertia for protection under the Rehabilatation act of 1973 or the American with Disabilities act of 1990.
 
EEOC have refused to respond to the Inspector General Office of the Office of Federal Operations as well as refusing to respond to a State Senator who also requested an explanation  for refuseing to protect minorities with disabilities.
