We paid $398 to the agent towards a bahama vacation. The forms are mailed back with the $398 towards Orlando, and they ask us for another $398. When I call no one picks up and when the agent finally picked up, he said obviously i have to pay to go to bahamas unless I could swim 70 miles to bahamas. He said i was an idiot. Is this how you treat a customer???
They dont return my calls and have stolen my money. I paid using my American Express card, so I have filed a dispute.
If you see their name, believe me.. save yourselves a lot of time and money and headaches. Don't bother calling them. The cheats from their agency will go to hell, their families will all fall ill and I curse them ... they will realize their mistakes after God punishes them and their family with health issues. I was just trying to have a nice honeymoon and this is how they robbed us.
