I rent an apartment that is supose to be a two bedroom but it is not . I have been asking the landlord to put a door at  one of the room to make it a two bedroom and he said he would,but after i signed the lease he didn,t. every time I complain about it ,he say that the second bedroom is supose to be in the basement{which has no windows }Plus the only bathroom is down there.He also tells me if I don,t like it than I can move. He constantly calls me every month for his rent befort the dead line is up, and when I don,t  answer his call  the first time, he calls my cell phone constanly until I answer it,not careing about me being at work. I also pay $150.00 amonth moor than ths second floor for two bedrooms that I don,t have. Finally, he says he is selling the house. He called me to show the place off, but i told him that I was not going to be come that day ,to make another appointment but he came in my place anyway without my premission and say if i don,t like it move now, because he will show it to others with or without my premission.Where is my rights and privacy. What can I do?
