I have been a customer of home depot for about 2 years. Which in these to years i have purchased alot of materials as well as my fiance since his a carpenter. I have paid my bill throught their website on time every month. i made a payment that was due on march 4th on february 23rd (8 days before due date). I assume this was a good thing but i was so wrong. i just check my account over the internet & found that i actually owe 2 month March & April. which i didnt understand. I called customer service & was told that the statement that was sent to me due on March 4th was for the month of February, yet i paid for the month of february on January 31st. To make the story short they offered to give me a credit for $39 dollars for "late fees" for the month of march. which AGAIN i paid 8 days before due date. So i wonder where did my payment go?
