I seen another person's article about the same issue, and am amazed HSBC Retail Services are still in business.

My husband and I were also lied to in purchasing a Kawasaki 4wheeler. We were told upon buying this our rates would be 6.9 percent interest rates until the atv was paid off. About 6 months ago we received a letter in the mail showing different, and called immediately. They told us it was being increased, but only to a 10 percent rate, and promised payments would not be much more. I got the name of who I spoke with, time, date, everything, and they won't do anything about this, we are currently trying to sell our four wheeler to salvage our credit.

Now even though they told us one thing it's now 19.9 percent and payments plunged through the roof, and no one would help. I have tryed contacting headquarters, as I was told you either had to mail, or fax a letter, and no one is responding.
