Jimmy's located in Blakeslee, PA had my vehicle for well over 2 months with them rarely contacting me and when I contacted them it was always some excuse for why my vehicle wasn't done. Every 2 weeks it was supposed to be done and when I called they would tell me personal reasons on why it wasn't, like letting an employee go. We spoke on June 26, 2008 and had an aggreement that he would call on June 28, 2008 and when I talked to Charlie on June 28, 2008 he had said that my vehicle would be ready for July 2, 2008. I called to confirm this on July 1, 2008 and was told that it would not be ready yet again. I was very patient up to this point, but now I feel like I was absolutely taken advantage of so I expressed that to Charlie and asked about a payment arrangement that I had talked to him about about 3 weeks prior and he all the sudden he didn't remember talking to me about that. Charlie then preceeded to raise his voice at me telling me that he wants me to pay in cash now and in pay in full, after that was said I tried talking to him, but he would not let me speak or cound't hear me speak because he was yelling over top of me now and then he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to Jimmy and was told he was not there and after fighting to talk over Charlie again I guess he got more angry and let me talk to Jimmy who was all the sudden there. I asked Jimmy why I had to pay cash now and why they wound't take a credit card that they would except earlier but not now and got silence for a couple of seconds and he then asked me to call back in 30 minutes. I called back and was told by Jimmy that it would now be done on July 2, 2008 by noon, but that they would not have time to finish the window repair so I replied that they had over 2 months to fix this vehicle and that it was unexceptable and that I was very upset about this whole thing. He then got angry again and told me that he was just going to take the new parts out and put my old parts back in and that I could come pick up the vehicle July 2, 2008. So here I am over two months without a vehicle. I pick up my vehicle on July 2, 2008 and it runs worse then it did when I dropped it off to be fixed back in April, which it didn't get fixed anyway, nothing was done so what did they do with my truck for over two months? My mileage was is way off maybe they were joy riding in my vehicle. This is not a very professional business in my eyes and I feel like something should be done so that they don't do this to someone else.
