Mr. Potenzone, representing JNJ Remodeling, Inc., located in Honolulu, Hawaii has done substantial substandard and poor quality work when my fiance hired him to renovate her condominium in Honolulu. His website promises guaranteed satisfaction and workmanship, customer satisfaction, high quality product, openness of communication and other high standards that have not been met after we used his services and he was fully paid.
I highly suggest that you read the article of all the things that he did wrong as well as his refusal to fix them (after giving a 1 year guarantee on his work) as early as 2 weeks after the things he worked on began falling off and crumbling apart. That article will relate that he installed kitchen cabinets crooked; vinyl baseboards that began to peel and fall off within 2 weeks of his installation; grout that is crumbling on bathroom floor tiles he installed and his intentional ignoring our many emails, letters, telephone calls and even certified mail requesting that we solve the problems in an amicable manner and simply asked him to phone us back so arrangements could be made to correct the problems. Because of his ignoring our pleas to work with us and after 3 long months, we felt we had no choice but to report him to the BBB of Hawaii and also to the Consumer Protection Agency in that same state.

At this time, I would like to alert readers of this article that the above situation between my fiance and Mr. Lorenzo Potenzone /dba/ JNJ Remodeling, Inc. has been settled in an amicable agreement between them and, due to that fact, this amicable agreement should be made available to anyone reading this report so that they are aware of this.
