we bought lanes rocker/ recliner at lacks furniture.  we were told chair had lifetime warranty and all furniture has 1 year gaurantee.2 months later leather burgundy was fading too light red.we went to store and asked to speak to manager about chair,salesperson told him and then told us he was not going to speak to us.is this what lacks means in tv ad"we take better care of you" we emailed home office about complaint they said fading was wear ,nothing they could do.i say chair fading in 2 months is poor quality material.we contacted lanes too no avail. we later reached manager by phone,he told us NO WARRANTY on fading material and lacks has NO MONEYBACK policy,this what should be told upfront when we asked.we saw lacks family tv ad and sent letter asking for refund,no response.consumers want option too return problem product for full refund so they can buy what they want and where they want too do business.
