My husband & I were called by Sands Chevrolet to come in & purchase a new truck! That they would give us a good deal ,our truck that we had at the time the payment on it was 700.00 a month so when we went in they said they would get us the payment we wanted , so we picked the truck we wanted , its a nice truck ! so we went into the financing part & right off the bat we told them we didn't want to go much higher then what we already had . & we kept telling them no money down !! they came back with an agreement that the payment would be 1098.00 a month it was a little high but we agreed to it , about 2 or3 days later they called & said we needed to sign more papers so we went back in &did so but he really didn't let us look at them (come to find out later it was a new contract) & the payment was 1398.00 a month well we didn't even know this until we got the first payment in the mail . So we went back to Sands & told them what is going on ? that we cant afford the truck ! they said oh lets see what i can do for you , they came up with we can only help you if you make the first payment on the first truck we told them we really couldn't because we didn't have the money, rock the finance guy said this is the only way ! so we had to use our house payment money(which now our house may be going into fore closer) any how they told us we could get to trucks did anybody else need one & we thought about our 17yr old son he had his own yard cleaning service , so any how we picked out the 2 trucks& went in to do the paper work, we signed everything ! we got to trucks that were basic & one was 1000.00& the other was 497.00 which was because our son was going to pay his . now mind you we only had the 1st truck about a month , about 2 weeks go by & their calling saying we need to come in that they need the Vin numbers off the trucks , so we go in & take them we are their for about 20 min,& we leave 2 days later they call again we need to go in & sign more papers ! i told them what papers we were just in their & he was rude , i said we would go in when we can ! they kept calling my husband was out of the country the last time they called ! the guy was extremely rude telling me that i lied about who was driving the trucks ,that i had said it was me & my husband i told him i don't drive Chevy's i drive a Toyota! I then told him i would come & sign my part but i didn't know when my husband could because he was out of the country he said whats he doing over their business or pleasure i told him that was none of his business ! so i went later that day to sign & told them i wanted to know who i talked to ! nobody new they then told me we had to give the 2 trucks back because the loans didn't go threw , i told them that, that was fine !i asked him what truck were we getting back he said the very 1st truck we turned in & i was fine with that ! so he sent to guys with me to pick up the trucks& on the way to my house one of them is making comments about my vehicle  (Toyota) so we get to my house & give them the 2 trucks & my son& i asked them when he could get the CD Deck he put in they said yes if you have the factory one at that time my son gave it to them, i sent my son back with them to pick up the truck he comes back with the truck we didn't want & they had made him sign a paper (his 17) so i went back to the dealer & told them you told me you were giving me 2005 truck back not the 2007 he said no ! so then i asked him about the deck & the 800 we put down , he said we would get that back ! we kept going in & they had excuse after excuse ,we had to hire a lawyer which then we found out we had another contract!! so we were screwed! i went in again to get the money & the CD deck they then came & said we could get the deck back but not the money because their was damage to the front bumper & scratches in the back of the trucks ! so i told them how do i know it took the whole 800 & he said he would show me the invoice next time i came in !! we talked to the bank & they told us to take off the extended warranty & the life insurance that , that would reduce or payment . so my husband went in & they refused so i went in & forced them to do it they called mu husband a liar !! as i was sitting their wating a young man was telling me he was going threw the same thing but for him to trust them because that finance guy got fired i asked who he said rock i told him their lying to you because i came in yesterday & he was working i told him they do that a lot because the told us the same things about a few of the guys who work here !! and as of today we still have no CD DECK & we have to turn in the truck because we cant afford it , not to mention the problem we are in with our insurance from all the changes i advise anybody out their (DO NOT BUY FROM SANDS CHEVROLET)
