whatever happened to customer service!?! over 2 weeks ago our fridge went down. fine we hav a warranty! ya think it would hav been enough! nope. turns out that when the repair man order new parts for our only 3 yearold fridge the parts are disscontinued!! what?!! so instead of callin the customer and sayin we need to figure something out, i spent over 6 hours on the phone getting the run around from whirlpool/maytag and w3 solutions[warranty company]!! that was just the first day!!
after still not hearing back from anyone, i called again the next day only for the same to happen- at least it was only closer to 3 and a half hours this time i guess! stiil get the run around from w3 solutions, and still no answers as to what whirlpool and maytag are going to do about a fridge no one can fix because of them!! not because we did something, but because they do not keep extra parts anymore and because they as a supplier disscontinued something.
so just so everyone is aware, w3 solutions has a very hipocritical contract and whirlpool and maytag can disscontinue something anytime they want - u as a customer are on the hook for it!! ontop of that w3 solutions does't provide documents of their warranties until they r pushed onto a corner!! yet maytag and whirlpool hav no problems asking us to purchase anothe unit through them!! what has happened to these big companies??
so now as a single mom with kids in the home, i hav no fridge and freezer and i hav to come up with the money for a new unit!! thank u maytag whirlpool and w3 solutions!!
remember when u buy something read all that fine print and keep a record of everything!! even though i did, these companies are still screwing me!! and my kids need a fridge obviously!! we bought new not used or refurbished and an extended warranty-and still we r screwed! sorry no other way to put it!! be forwarned whe buyin from these companies and do not purchase warranties through w3 solutions!! they change there contacts without notice and they again r another company not afraid to ask for more $$ after they screw u! |
