My Maytag Dishwasher is one of the models recalled, I have been calling for 10 weeks to get the parts needed.  The customer service reps have told me at least 3 different times the parts are ont he way, and everytime I wait for a week and then call again only to be told,  "No - they haven't shipped, they were on back order - but they will ship this week."  A week later, I call and get the same story.  I called on April 4th and was told I could call on the 6th to get a tracking number.  I waited until today (the 12th) and called - guess what?  THEY HAVEN'T SHIPPED YET!!   Once again I was told they would ship this week.  I'm not holding my breath.  This recall stated that you needed to immediately remove the power source and stop using the appliance.  You have to wait until you get the parts, then you can call and set up the appointment for the service call.  I have never been so disappointed in the service of a company.
