After filling out a short survey where i rated him "good" and not excellent with "bad shipping service" i received two emails from the merchant that are EXTREMELY rude. this is only a piece of what i received"  
"and i truly appreciate that you will not be ordering again.....you must be the type customer that no business needs wants or desires."
