| Be aware that if you have a problem with any product you order from miraclesoap.com, YOU will be responsible for return shipping. I recently made a $56 order and paid almost $12 for shipping. Two of the bottles of soap arrived with the seals broken. One of the seals was slit. I emailed to report the problem and received a call from someone with the company who said he could assure me that the soap had not been tampered with. He said sometimes the seals pop off in shipping. When I pay that much to have something shipped, I don't expect there to be any problems. This soap was ordered to use on two small children and I didn't want to take any chances. This guy told me I was welcome to return the products but I would have to pay the shipping. I think when there is a problem that is no fault of mine, the company should pay the return shipping charges.
Also, you will find a heck of a time trying to find directions on the site on how to use their products. I fully expected this information to be available. |
