Received a post card in mail thinking it was from Delta Airlines. Went to seminar on Sept. 14, 2007, and purchased travel membership for $3,596. Was told to wait seven days before trying to use membership. Therefore the three (3) day opportunity to change our minds was lost. How convenient for them.
Have tried to use their service several times. Everytime they are slow to respond, if they even respond. Slow meaning from 7 days to 20 days. And they even acknowledge their slowness but it apparently doesn't matter because they tell you immediately you signed a contract that contains languaue "cannot cancel for any reason." Which we're having the Federal Trade Commission, South Carolina Attorney General's office and Georgia Attorney General's office being supplied a copy of the contract to see if the contract is legal.
The last time they responded was only because I stated we were informing the above agencies. Again, the only reason they responded was after I informed them the next communication would be with the above agencies.
