My company commissioned Universal Winds to make Flags for our retail outlets. We paid half of the full amount of $1700 up-front for Flag/Signs back in February and we never received the goods and they wont pay the deposit back. Shonky business - Don't call them they are liars.
They blamed Australia Post along with freight companies about goods supposedly being damaged in transit. They then said they would pay the deposit back, telling lies that the cheque was sent and continue to lie to this day. They have ignored our letter of demand for our refund and now we are in the process of small claims court to recover the money.
