Ohio Resident Held at a Higher Standard Than Their Own Resident Of Illinois

     .Fact...IN YOUR ILLINOIS OWN STATE LAWS( A first-time or second-time DUI / DWI is typically charged as a misdemeanor, not a felony. However, a third-time DUI / DWI, or a drunk driving case where someone suffers great bodily harm will be treated as a felony.
A first DUI / DWI offender can receive court supervision, only once, which will not be viewed as a conviction. The criminal case is dismissed after successful completion of court supervision, but can't be expunged from the public record.
DUI / DWI convictions: Driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will cause mandatory revocation of your driver's license, plus criminal penalties of up to 364 days in jail and a fine up to $2,500.

    There happen to be a clerical error from the state of Indiana..but when I appeared in court in Illinois state with the papers of that fact..it didnt' matter..So paid my fine and went on my way ...for 6 years..CDL..switching jobs when low on work..having a check every 3 months...Hazmat license.....NO RESTRICTIONS..FROM ANYWHERE..Now after all that time and many processes of having my license..Since 2006 Illinois are blocking my license..because of an accident..go figure in rush hour traffic in Chicago.... and that I needed to file for an SR-22 bond..Well to put it kindly since I have never been a resident of Illinois...How do you do that??? Uhh you don't....Plenty of writing and finally That was taken care of. Thankful to Jesse White for that small detail..that also was an undersite on Illinois!!!!!!! The out of state Hearing Administrations asked me to go thru alot of things and I have done ALL..even went back FOR ANOTHER evaluation of the DUI which made it look kind of off even for them ...even made it seem like I had a problem for me having to do that twice...The A-Stops needs a court order ..I had to pay out of my own pocket!!!!!.even though the DUI never happened in Illinois...I had the DUI in Ohio in 2006 while driving A CAR off work..guess can not even have a beer on your birthday....by the way... I have been thru everything that Ohio required me to do. I have done what Illinois has asked me to do and still I have a block on my license for something that was committed in OHIO. 6 years after the ticket in Illinois!!!!!!!!!!!! Illinois citizens what would you do if you had this issue with Ohio????   I have written the senate, congressman, Govenor's and the like to try to get my issue out into the open.
I would like the your office to assist your state in seeing that you have NO VALID Right to keep a block on my Ohio Drivers License. This block has NOTHING to do with the ticket I received in 2000 which has been paid 8 years ago. I had been driving for 6 years after with no problems..renewed my license twice since then...Why for the past 2 years are you saying it is your right to put a block on my license.??? I am trying to support my family. I do not have a drinking problem. I have sent papers to that effect and had to go twice to the 3 day event for your requirements. I have lost alot of funds due to your states so called right to do this ...State of Ohio has given me my license back only to see that Illinois still has a block. I have spoke to an Attorney IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS and even he can't believe how the Out of State Hearing Adminstrations office can be aloud to do this. I know I still have rights. If I have to..I will let my story out into the MEDIA...This has got to be straightened out. I do have a life as a resident of Ohio. Forgive me for I am very aggitated since I have applied numerous times and they always say within 30 days. Costing me more money that I don't have now since you have taken away my income.!!!!!!!!!!! By the time they get done processing it..its way past any where near that limit and I get a letter back ...start all over again. Its been over 2 years and I have lost alot of MONEY over this INJUSTICE. I know that you could understand my position if you would put yourself in my place. I am just trying to support my family. I have served my country in the Armed Forces. I came out into the work force and I have been driving Semi for over 16 years and Never had so many problems from one incident...Please correct this problem.             Respectfully
