Alfred (Norm) Drew is a liar. We had him come out to our home to give us an estimate. He told us he would mail it. When we didn't receive it he said it was lost in the mail and would send another. When we told him we would like him to install the oil furnace he said it would take a few weeks. From October to November he said he would schedule us in but never got with us. The week of Thanksgiving he said it would be out the next week. When we called the next week he said later in the week and then it was postponed until the following week. Then our old furnace died. I let him know that it had died and that we had children in the house he didn't care. He still dragged us along for 2 weeks. Now it is the week before Christmas we are suppose to have everyone at our house for Christmas and he told us last week that he would be out this week. Now he says he can't get to it. When I pushed him and got frustrated with him to set a date he told me that if I really wanted it I would have given him money. He never once asked for a deposit and we would have been happy to supply him with one. He then hung up on me and said find someone else. So I now have 3 business days before christmas to try to find someone to put in a new furnace. I won't trust this guy he is always "backed up".
