on the order form they ask for your physicians number ,as they say they will make a physicians request for a prescription.Also ,under the terms and conditions they state if they dont receive the prescription from you or the dr.,in an agreed upon time-which is not stated- your prescription is void & u will receive a substitute product. I ordered on a monday the week before thanksgiving. so there was a four day window to get the prescription .my dr. was never called & I was never notified I had no prescription in process. The next monday,I received an e-mail that my order was shipped with an upgrade status. No mention what that was. So instead of getting tenuate for $348, I got an herbal product for $198 that I did not order. The manager defended her policies to the end & refused to accept any of my words.I guess in their eyes the customer was right & she was going to get her money. I have contacted the better buisness bureau & internet fraud. Beware dealing with the website Phentermineny.com
