My family and I were suppose to move into our apartment on Monday, March 5, 2007 at Pine Arbor Apartments but, due to the excess mold in the apartment we changed our minds. My daughter has a infection in her lungs and the mold would trigger her symtoms and make her worse. Due to that I fell down the stairs leaving th apartments and broke my foot. I called the manager and explained that it was not possible for us to move in and she said that we could not get any of our money back, not even our deposit. By, me being naive about that situtation I wrote a breif statement stating that I would take the loss but, I am not sure if that's what I was even suppose to do..I got my keys on Monday and gave them back on Tuesday.
