I purchased a $1200.00 Champion pool table from Namco on June 12, 2007. As of June 29, 2007, the pool table was not delivered and could not be located but when questioned, it was on route to my house since June 22, 2007. When asked on June 29, 2007 when was the pool table going to be delivered the response was between 8-4 and Namco would place it in my backyard. Keep in mind it was raining on June 29, 2007. No one called me to give me a status and I spoke to 8 different people including 3 supervisors and still no pool table and no one could tell me where my pool table was at!
