Bought a 1997 mercedes from precision motor cars ...within 23 days of ownership the transmission s shot !car was sold to me as is so i'm just stuck with a $5000.00 dollar repair in my opinion there is no possible way they didn't know it was bad .(i mentioned as did my husband the car seemed to shift hard on test drive,general manager said it sounded fine to him)had the car towed to them but after a week of nothing had it towed once again -to a reputable dealer/mechanic.maybe this will help even one person from being in my position by staying away from this place!
