On December 23, 2007 I bought a ebook called Googlesblackbook.com by Benjamin Davis at a cost of $77.  BIG MISTAKE!  Upon looking at the chapters I found the information to be worthless.

On Googlesblackbook.com website, there was a notice on the sales pages which states;  "Please remember that you're fully backed by my 8-Week Guarantee… You risk absolutely nothing..."

Were it not for the Guarantee, I would not have purchased the ebook.

I repeatedly asked for a refund in emails sent to the support email address at Googlesblackbook.com. What I got was auto replies and the big time runaround.

After writing numerous emails to refunds@googlesblackbook.com, customerservice@bees-publishing-company.com, and thesupportteam@googlesblackbook.com, someone in charge at Googlesblackbook.com referred my claim to PayPal claim resolution and paypal immediately denied my claim with no explanation.

Here's a copy of one of their bureaucratic "CANNED" responses; Paypal Response

It was very irresponsible of Paypal to deny my claim for a refund without checking out all the issues involved in this matter.   By advertising a 8-Week Guarantee, then failing to refund the money to customers upon request, Bees-Publishing-Company.com and Googles black book are involved in Fraud and False Advertising.

I sent paypal evidence of how there have been numerous complaints about Googlesblackbook.com and if they would simply do a search in Google for Googlesblackbook or Googlesblackbook.com lots of other complaints would come up in the search. Paypal refused to even look at the sellers website or look at all the other complaints about Googlesblackbook.com. I also asked Paypal to reveal the identity of the owner of Googlesblackbook.com and provide me with the owners address and contact info and PayPal refused. PayPal is therefore protecting the identity of a Internet Scammer.

Here's a few of the complaints about this scammer.

Paypal is enableing internet scammers to rip people off by processing orders and denying a claim for a refund even when a Refund Guarantee is advertised on the Sellers website. This is reckless of Paypal and NEEDS TO BE CHALLANGED IN COURT.  Anyone who has had a similar experience and is interested in Sueing Paypal, please write me by clicking the author link.

I have bought many products through ClickBank and 2Checkout and had no problem getting a refund.  They are helpful to their customers and give refunds when requested.

BE FORWARNED... If you buy a digitally downloadable product and PayPal processed your order, PayPal will not refund your money even if the seller has a Refund Guarantee.

P.S.

If you have had a problem with getting a refund from Googlesblackbook.com, you should file a complaint to resolution@paypal.com  If PayPal gets enough complaints about Googlesblackbook.com, they will stop processing orders for them and they may give everyone refunds
