Washington Mutual is ripping people off and getting away with it. Starting at Seven oclock this morning I was awoken by the phone. I rolled over and picked it up.
I hear on the other end "ello speak terree ples." I had no idea what the H E dobble hockie sticks this person wanted and I had no idea they were talking about my boyfriend, who was sleeping next to me.
I said wrong number and hung up. For THREE months after that. We got the same call every two hours. Telling us in very broken english that we owed 421.64 on a card that had been cut up with scissors and thrown in peices into the garbage, OVER A YEAR AGO.
WAMU insists that there are charges being made on this cut up card. They won't listen to anything we say. They keep putting promotional charges on a closed account and then they penalise for over the limit charges. RAPE!!! These people need to be stopped.
