Today I would like to talk about this company called Renchi.com. But before I go on, I highly recommend people not to purchase anything from this online shop. Not only are the services extremely poor, their representatives do not give out any customer services and their English completely sucks! Especially with one of their representative Ellery Estrella who handled me previously. I order 2-3 items from Renchi.com before. Each time I had to wait at least 3-4 weeks before I actually receive the item. I wanted to see if this website was reliable; but after what had happened to me, those 3 experiences I had with Renchi.com will be the last! Here's what happened, all 3 times I was serviced by their representative - Ellery Estrella. Not only was he extremely rude to me, he didn't even bother to answer most of my enquiries. I had to write to them constantly and each time to my dismay this Ellery fellow was the one who replied me. Not only was his English extremely poor on the email, there we're a couple of occasions that he was implying I should stop whining. He clearly was taking me as a fool, in which I believe that is how Renchi.com treats their customers once they get the money from us. I had to write 5 emails before I learnt that Ellery is a male and their company is located in Hong Kong. I've dealt with a lot of Hong Kong based online shops and most of them are ok. But Renchi.com is the worse; and I went ahead to do a little checking on the web. I found out that Renchi.com is run by Mr. Paul Chu of Redwolf Airsoft Specialist Ltd. Apparently he seems to be a entrepreneur who specializes in Air Guns. They have mix reviews on their company but most of them we're fair. So this got me puzzled, if that is the case then why is Renchi.com extremely poor in it's services and image overall? I run my own business as well and what I can say is the wrong employee's are the ones who usually kill the reputation of the company; and thus this Ellery Estrella guy is completely killing the company. What I suspect here is that Renchi.com may be under the Redwolf Airsoft Specialist Ltd's name, but is a subsidiary of them. So Mr. Paul Chu may not know it, but the company maybe using him just to defraud others. If my speculation is correct or it's simply just this Ellery Estrella guy tarnishing Renchi.com, I am disappointed with Paul Chu either way.

After all this, I strongly believe that this Renchi.com is basically a big scam. Yes, they do deliver your orders at times. But if you do some searches on the net you will find a lot of complaints about giving customers defect products, wrong products, and nothing at all. The general one is not getting any replies or being treated like crap from this Ellery Estrella guy. So I highly recommend you guys not to go through Renchi.com. I've been through the pit and I don't want others to follow. There are a lot of other good online shops out there (HK Based) who sells games and stuff which are 10 Million times better than Renchi.com. Most important of all stable and reliable. So why pay yourself through such services? Let alone no service at all?
