Reveal only care about the customer money and nothing else, i cancel a procedure because i had an emergency and needed the money, They tried so hard for me not to cancel by saying (oh your deposit is non refundable)   (reschedule for another time)i said not i need the money,(oh you can apply for financing) now they are taking for ever to refund my money. they are bad. when you go to them, the so call Dr. dont even look at you in your eyes when talking you, im so glad i didnt get anything done with them. it been almost 2 months and im still waiting for my refund of $2000.00.

 

Im glad that I know the law if not they would have try to stay with my deposit, saying that is non refundable. I ask where is that information at because i dont see that in your return policy. Reveal respond was oh is in the agreement, I said what agreement, I didnt see or sign any agreement. i was contacting them via email, so it took them a few hours to email me the agreement, why? because they were making something up, they type it so bad that they even write the wrong amount of my total prices. after i saw the agreement i reply by saying this is not valid because this is not sign by me or Reveal. I got a reply saying this is what you were going to sign when you come in our office. I said well i need my refund. Reveal said it will take 30-60 days that was March 9, 2009 today is April 23, 2009 and nothing yet. It doesnt take this long for a credit card refund, I think they are just being mean, thinking that i will use the money and get it done some place else before the summer that's why is taking them so long to refund my money.
