We entered an agreement to buy a cyclone and bin system with full installion from Richard Caldwell with Crown Machinery located in Scottsboro, AL in January 2007. We spent 6,000 for a cement pad specific for his measurements. The bank wired monies to this company in February (47,000). He refuses to return our calls. In the beginning he kept saying will be there next Monday. He then stated he had pneuumonia and his wife wouldn't let him use his telephone. He also quit returning calls and has never delivered equipment or fulfilled his contract. He has our monies that were wired by our bank, our equipment and our bank expects us to pay interest on loans for equipment never received.
