I recently purchased a gas stove, dishwasher and above the range microwave from Best Buy in Austin and paid to have them install all 3 appliances as well. They outsource delivery and installations to a company called SANDER'S INSTALLATION. They offer the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from any company in my life. Not only do they not answer the phone no matter how many times you call, they don't return calls either. You're told the night before installation that they're going to be there the next day and what time. When they did arrive the installers, Michael and Adam, looked at where the stove was to be installed and without measuring told us we needed to pay for counter work to make space. In addition they broke the water valve off when turning off the water to install the dishwasher and told us it was our fault. The microwave should have been delivered and installed today and when they arrived they said they couldn't do it because the stove looked like it had been on so they walked out of the house and drove off with the microwave that we already paid for. This is theft in my eyes.
Since then they continue to not answer the phone or return phone calls. I REFUSE to ever deal with Best Buy for any purchases that will require delivery or installation by them.
This has been costly beyond what we paid for the appliances and installation that hasn't been done as well as time away from work to wait for this company to arrive. I would not reccomend to anyone that they make a purchase at Best Buy that requires delivery and installation from an outside company.
