I hired SERVPRO to move my furniture while I fixed my house after hurricane IKE... they broke an Italian candle holder I bought with my now deceased husband... they refused to pay and they also wanted me to give them the other matching candle holder that was not broken in order to pay me back... I refused to give them my expensive and unique piece because it had a sentimental value to me... so they refused 100% to pay for the broken one... TERRIBLE service and that broken piece is a loss to me...also, they wanted me to go by a new one first and then when I submitted the receipt, they would pay me back... well, that piece was bought in a bazar in Italy and made by an artist... there was no way in the world to replace it and get a receipt... this SERVPRO of Sugarland + Victoria company made it so hard on me and eventually refused payment...
