Sion Homes / Sion Home Builders lead by owners Victor Ortega and Juan Carlos Seinz are currently being sued by me for steeling my deposit money and not providing me with the homes they were supposed to build.

This is a upscale development in the heart of Miami's suburbs located on 144st and off Coral Way.  I contracted the above referenced individuals to build two homes for me.  One was for over $800k on a corner lot and the other for over $700k.  I provided them with the required 10% deposit for both of these properties almost in late 2006.  To this date the construction for one of the two homes ($700k+) was never even started and the other ($800k+) was not built on a corner lot.

After having meeting after meeting with both owners of the company; Countless efforts to negotiate with them in all fairness and after even offering to pay for some of the costs of the home that was not built to my desired specifications or on a corner lot in exchange for a return of the unused portion of my deposit;  And even after sitting down and shaking hands with the main owner of the company after reaching a mutual agreement; I was deceived, lied to and now they won't even answer my phone calls and have refused to return my deposit. 

Call me old fashioned but if you sit down with a man and come to an agreement and shake hands then that is as good as a contract or your word is worth nothing.  Basically, this is called theft and I have been lied to.  I have hired an attorney and am suing them but their making every effort to stall and drag-out the process including claiming that they are on vacation or out of town just to avoid my attorneys efforts.

I am utilizing this forum and others to make the public aware of these individuals because I have been advised by my attorney that I am not the first person that they have done this to and that there are several law sues against then already.
