I bought a PC3DH 50'' plasma TV at Sound Pro in Flagstaff, AZ and never received it.  I was told time after time, even setting two appointments for delivery in which I sat at home waiting and sound pro never showed up. Both times, I had to call the store only to find out that they did not have the TV and told me it would be one more week. Every time I called the store nobody knew anything. My messages to speak with the store owner were lost. My many visits to the store to speak with the owner in person, I was lied to and was told that the owner was not in, but he was really in the back room. After several month's of promises that the TV would be here, I called the distributor for LG and I was told that the TV was no longer being made. I went to the store and I was determined to speak with the store owner. Again, I was told he was not in. so I told the store clerk that I was not leaving until I speak with the owner. I waited about four hours and finally the store owner came out. I explained my situation to him and he agreed to give me a discount for the store model. Finally I thought that Sound Pro was doing the right thing and trying to make the situation right. The TV was installed in my home the next day. A few weeks went by and still no refund check. I made another long visit to the store waiting for hours and I was told to leave and that he would mail the check when he felt like it. To this day four months later I still have no check. I would not recommend buying anything from this store. The only good news is that best buy is being built this summer and the people of flagstaff will have more options to buy televisions.
