I suffer from Tinnitis.  I decided to try T-Gone after other remedies did not work for me.  T-Gone offered a 100% money back guarantee so I figured that I would try it and if it didn't work, I could get a refund and apply it toward another remedy.  It did not work for me.  I prepared my refund request per the website instructions and mailed it.  I got no response.  Finally I called the company who receives the returns and I was advised that they received my request, it was prepared properly, and they processes it.  T-Gone was notified and T-gone would process the refund.  I waited and waited.  I emailed numerous times and called.  The only time I got a call back was when I left a very vague message.  When Ellen from T-Gone called me back I advised her of the reason for my call and she abruptly cut our conversation short and told me that she would look into it.  Still...nothing.  I have called and emailed and T-Gone has yet to address this issue.  I read another review on this website and the gentleman had a similar complaint.  I believe the product to be a hoax at this point.  The pills did taste like powdered sugar as the other gentleman suggested.  I will keep trying.  The $178.00 is a big chunk of money for me and my family right now.  I will not be able to try anything else for my Tinnitis until this is resolved.  I simply cannot afford it.  I would not have tried T-Gone had they not boasted about a 100% money back guarantee.  I plan to make my experience known far and wide as a matter of principle.  Please do not purchase anything from this company unless you have money to burn.  The guarantee is no guarantee apparently.
