T-Gone states they offer a money back guarantee. I purchased the product and it did not work. They charged my credit card for more than the invoice and my credit card company charged a "Foreign Transaction Fee", claiming that the transaction was from a company based in South Africa. They claim they are based in Las Vegas. The product was shipped from a company in New York. I returned the product according to their instructions within the stated guarantee period. They have not issued a refund and appear to be unwilling to do so. I contacted the company notifying them that I would request a charge-back from my credit card company, notify the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau and the Nevada Consumer Affairs Division which I have done. Do not give this company your business. Their money back guarantee is worthless and apparently so is their product. I've noticed that there are other customers who have experienced the same problems.
